Warning: these cookies are not for the watching of the figure! But they've definitely made it on my favorites list (and Ross's). They were even worth a broken spoon - lol!
2 cup butter

2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 packed brown sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 1/2 cup flour
1 Tbs + 1 tsp baking soda
2 cup white chocolate chips
2 cup dark chocolate chips

Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Combine dry ingredients and gradually stir into creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Tip: This recipe makes *alot* of cookies. I usually bake only one pan at a time and freeze the rest of the dough - this also helps prevent cookie over-indulgence :)

Someone always comes up with a yummy recipe just when I've sworn off carbs....again! See you soon! 24 days!!! I can't believe it! The blankets are adorable...I'm working on the "burp" cloths. Take care of yourself. MOM
Thanks Megan! These were great. I've been looking for a good chocolate chocolate chip cookie recipe. I hate it when they want you to melt chocolate rather than use cocoa--what a waste of perfectly good chocolate! Haha. I was proud of myself and only made half the batch! I can't take too much credit though--I only had half the ingredients on hand :)
