All you need is a small dish and some cooking spray. And an egg of course.
Beat the egg a bit in the bowl. It's a good idea to cover it just in case it explodes.
Microwave for one minute. Ta-da!
Then easy as pie throw it on an english muffin with some cheese and deli ham. And presto! You have a delicious breakfast with no cooking in under 5 minutes.
p.s. Those hashbrowns (aka tator-tots) were cooked for ten minutes in the toaster oven, destroying the no-cooking-breakfast-under-five-minutes rule, but they are totally easy and worth it.

What Megan neglected to say was that she cleaned out the microwave to do this, so her breakfast really took about 15 min and not just 5 :)
