Being the Husband of a wife who is expecting is an interesting new experience. If you can imagine I worry even more now than I did before (I know, blood pressure... heart attack at 35 here I come) but I am also strangely confident that things will work out. My emotions are cartwheeling now that I'm going to be a father, I mean me, a dad? a role model? That guy who picks you up after you finish practice? What kind of dad am I going to be?
I worry about if I'm going to somehow disappoint my kid in some unforgivable way. I worry about providing a good life for my child and my wife. Is my career choice a good one? How the heck am I going to survive another 6 years of school? How are they going to survive another 6 years of waiting? What Grad school is going to accept me? AHH! Anyway, good thing for prayer, for the Holy Spirit and for that envelop you like a warm fuzzy blanket thing called love. My wife always says I am so warm, its because I've got her love and Gods all wrapped around me.
As for news, We've moved to Springville into a home Megan's parents just bought. It is too big because I can't always hear Megan when she calls me.
My schedule this semester is (In order of supposed difficulty)
CS 479 - Natural Language Processing
ELANG 468 - Varieties of English
LINGC 496R - Linguistics Computing Internship
ENGL 317 - Technical Writing
AHTG 100 - American Heritage
I am hoping to count a previous internship for my Lingc internship so my schedule won't be TOO crazy... Anyway off to class and onward!!
We will post some pics of our new place after we actually move in and the boxes are put away.

Yeah, it will be a big change to have a kid! I think Ryan is thinking along the same lines as you right now. I can't wait to see pictures of the house!
Congratulations on the pregnancy! Don't worry, you will both be great parents; I can tell from the short time I had the privilege of watching you with the children in Primary. Good luck!
Think too hard and your brain will pop! You'll be great!
Just do everything the opposite of your parents...just kidding!
MOM
Congrats Ross! I'm sure your life will be just splendid, grad school and all :) And hey... we should get together so you can meet my husband sometime. We're in Provo while he's finishing school and I'm working in SLC. If you're not too swamped send me an email update or something!
Oh yay! I was going to ask if you were having a baby yet. I'm taking american heritage this semester too! Lol. What section are you in? I have Pulsipher. Also, is technical writing 317 different from 316? How have you been? Are Megan's parents living there too? Is it nice to have them close (if they are close)? I'm sure your child will turn out fine.
