On August 11th Ross and I celebrated our first anniversary - yipee!! We had a wonderfully romantic evening and Ross spoiled me alot!
First, Ross and I dressed up all fancy and he took me to dinner at the Chef's Table (Ross took me there the night he proposed). It is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Provo. It is also the most expensive restaurant in Provo, but the food and atmosphere is worth it for a special occasion such as this.
I had a divine dish of herb roasted chicken with some kind of delicious white sauce, mashed potatoes, and steamed squash. Ross ordered some mouthwatering chicken, stuffed with bacon and cheese, and served with rice. For dessert we had a German Chocolate Cake layered with chocolate mousse. It was amazing!!
After dinner we drove up the canyon, found a nice spot of open ground, spread out some blankets, and snuggled in to watch the meteor showers. It was absolutely beautiful! While watching for meteors we also pulled out some star maps from my past astronomy class and identified as many constellations and stars as we could possibly find in one night.
Thank you Ross! I couldn't have asked for a more romantic and fun anniversary celebration.

Congratulations on one year! I keep forgetting how much you and I are alike Megan ... Scott took me to Chef's Table the night he proposed ... we are so lucky to both have great husbands that happen to think a lot alike! Congratulations again!
